Domino's Pizza Fairfield Central — Restaurant in Queensland

Ordered pizza. Well firstly while tracking the delivery noticed the delivery driver end up off route to our property for a good 5 minutes and then once he turned up I get pizza delivered which is missing some of it and all be tampered with. Clearly can see one of the pizzas is missing apart of it. And the other pizza looks as if someone has cut down the centre of it and eaten it. This brings up the question as paying customers how is the quality of the food we are being delivered. Tampering with people's food is never good especially when we pay Soo much for it. Then when the pizza was dropped off again he drives past my location and once comes back tells me he had other deliveries. I normally rate this store 5/5 but after tonight's clear indication of food tampering, I don't believe I could trust them nor want to actually eat anything they now make me in fear they will do something to...

I ordered a Deep Pan Spicy Peppy Paneer Pizza. When I started eating, I realised it didn’t look like Deep Pan Pizza. I called the store straight away and was connected to the manager Hayden. Hayden recognised my order and told me that he can’t help it if the pizza doesn’t fluff up! He said it was the right base. I told him it looked like the Normal crust pizza and not a deep pan at all! He simply refused! There is no respect for the customer’s feedback here. No apologies either! I ordered Deep Pan for a reason and to say “I can’t do much if it doesn’t fluff up” doesn’t cut it for me! It makes me think the ingredients used are either past expiry or of inferior quality if they don’t do what they are expected to!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from “Hayden A” who served me. Completely not interested and did not want to be there. I understand it’s a Monday but Jesus a smile and welcome would be nice. Asked for a half and half on the value range and got charged 7 dollars so assumed I was getting the extra large pizza. When collecting was told that it was 2 dollars extra charge for the half and half and only received regular size.. would have been nice to have been told this when placing my order. Had to wait a few minutes when collecting as no one at counter when I walked in and could see pizza sitting there.. again no smile or greeting when walked in. Think he needs some customer service training or he should not be in a customer...
