Domino's Pizza North Mackay — Restaurant in Queensland

I ordered from this store online at 6:46 and my estimated delivery time was 7:18. At 7:36 I received a message that my order was about to arrive, 20 mins later still no delivery. I called the store and they advised that the order was on its way still I waited and still nothing. I called the store and they offered to re make and re send my order as they couldn't contact the driver. 40 minutes later still no delivery at this point it had almost been 2 hours since since my original order!!! I call again and the manager tells me that they are understaffed at this store and says I will get a refund if not delivered within 30 mins. I finally get my order 2 hours after my original order time and my churros was very burnt!!!!!. this is very...

Rubbish customer service. Rude, argumentative, and arrogant staff! Food arrived an hour late. The delivery driver kept persisting that he called us even though there’s proof in my call log that he hadn’t!

Someone from dominoes came to deliver it again 20 minutes later (thanks). Pizza arrived and it wasn’t hot. When I tried explaining this over the phone, not only did the staff have the courtesy to offer another pizza instead or something else in addition, but instead we received a lot of sass back! We paid for extra mushrooms...........we probably received a whole total of one mushroom in a medium pizza. Didn’t realise dominoes had gone this low in quality and customer service....

Every dominos wont do deliverys to back Of Andergrove this is pathetic . Over the phone service. is terrible 3 times in row in 2months ive had bad service

1 time got denied delivery pushed around by the other end to try a different store, which i did so, to be told the same thing no deliverys but the manager at that store said north mackay does deliver to my area, so called back north Mackay and the manager resolved this well said it was a glitch online.

Last week was on hold for 8mins then disconnected
