Domino's Pizza Smithfield QLD — Restaurant in Queensland

My order is a meltz box that I order before I leave my house and every single time, without fail, I end up waiting at least another 20-30 mins at the store when I arrive to pick it up and after the order status says its “ready”. Staff stand around and orders sit for ages because none of them notice or communicate. I’ve had my order given to people infront of me who have just given staff my name off the order screen. I’ve shown up when my order says it’s ready and they haven’t even started making it. In the time I get my food here, I could put on a uniform and make my own pizza 3 times over. Staff are slower than their orders, corroborated by the fact every task seems to require atleast 4 of them standing and talking about it. All of these experiences are regardless of the day or time and is so consistent I will be making the extra trip to the Clifton store from now on in hopes it will save me time. I am genuinely beyond impressed with the level and consistency of utter incompetence I experience every time I order a meal...

Horrible experience! 0 stars if I could!

Ordered 12 churros (amongst other things) for delivery, only got 4 delivered. Called and explained that we only got 4, gentleman on the phone said that we can’t get the rest as they don’t have any drivers so we have to wait till someone else from the area orders which could be at any given time from when we ordered till midnight. Called again an hour later asking if anyone had ordered, manager said he’d try and get them delivered as soon as possible and call us back in 5 minutes with an update. After not receiving a call for yet another whole hour we decided to call back and was told the churros would be delivered in 15 minutes. It has now been yet ANOTHER entire hour since that call. Over 3 hours since our original 4 churros got dropped off and 3 phone calls and still no churros. ...

Pizza tasted like cardboard, it was dry and flavorless. However, the crust was crispy and had a nice texture. The toppings were also generous, with plenty of cheese and vegetables. Despite the disappointing taste, the pizza was still satisfying due to its size and filling nature. Overall, while the flavor was lacking, the other elements of the pizza made up for it. The lackluster flavor could have been improved with more seasoning or a tangy sauce. Perhaps adding some herbs and spices would have given it more depth.
