Seriously would not and will not go here again I have read all the reviews and it's funny because they are mostly bad. My aunty ordered pizza I went to pick it up I got there and they were closed for Renovation no sign out front I rang my aunty and told her she didn't know what was going on she rang them and they said yeah they are at bridge road near subway. I rang them myself as I needed an actual address for gps as I don't live here by the time I made the calls and got there it was half hour over the time. I asked to speak to the operator to ask why i was not told on phone they had shifted she said she did but we know they didn't because if they did we would have went to right lication I said no I was not told and now it a 50 min round trip as I'm at glendale she said she did say it and if it was missed it wasn't her problem and that they are not going to tell every single customer that rings that they are also doing Pankhurst store aswell she stated because we are our own store I told her there is no courtesy she then said get out of the store Customer service is a disgrace dominoes get a better system redirect your call to a voice that explains or put it on your website it's says Pankhurst is still open false advertising rude staff I then rang the manager and he said he will remind staff to say bridge road I got back to glendale pizza was cold drink was warm What a joke If I was informed then I would have went somewhere closer Then informed that they ate fixing the Google website NOT GOOD ENOUGH GUYS and to allow your staff to point me in the face and tell me to get out I did not even scream at her or threaten her or swear to even be spoken to like that. rude little girl You spend good money to have an easy dinner to be running over the country side as they will not deliver this far out and then go home...
Read moreI just want to give feedback about your excellent staff at your South Rockhampton shop. I think her name might've be Annika but I can't quite remember, she will know who she is if you pass on my thanks.
Tonight she went above a beyond to provide excellent customer service. I was on a Qantas flight from Brisbane to Mackay today, however with the bad weather we were circling for 2hrs before heading back and landing in Rockhampton. None of the shops in the airport were open and Qantas informed us the bus were an hour away. After I quick Google and seeing you South Rockhampton store close by, I called up and explained me situation and how I wanted to order enough pizza for everyone who was on my flight with me. 'Annika' assured me that we could get it done and even though she was finishing soon, she would be them to be before the buses were meant to leave at 8pm. And she was good to her word. Not only did she get them to me in time she also helped carry them in to the terminal without hesitation. She was a true star, and without her the plan wouldn't have succeeded. And now myself and everyone managed to have some slices of pizza in our tummy before we set off on our long 3-4 bus trip to Mackay.

Read moreI made a pizza order for four pizzas only to find out when picking up my order there was only three pizzas. The girl asked for my name and the girl behind her placed three pizzas on the counter in front of me then walked off. The girl who had asked my name starred at me and seemingly remembered something and walked off without saying anything. I then waited till she came back and watched her serve the next customer. So I asked a third girl (the one who took my order in the first place) if there was a fourth pizza coming. She replied "no, you only ordered three pizzas". Instead of looking like a fool and having to wait for the fourth pizza to be cooked while the other three got cold for twenty minutes again I left, checked the recipe (it did only have the three pizzas on it) and told my partner she'd have to get something else for dinner for her and her daughter at work because i only had enough pizza for my three younger children and myself. Meat pies for dinner was the only option for them as they couldn't leave work to get dinner and I needed to get home to get the kids ready for bed (we live forty kilometers out of town). Good job Domino's, you lost the sale of a pizza and a large family of customers that uses you every second Friday.
