A very disappointing visit. Having seen their roasts online And being in the general area with other coffee roasters - this place does not seem to fit the profile of a ‘dedicated coffee consumer’ perspective. I was told i ‘missed out’ on their filter batch brew. It was 10am in the morning. While I’m sure their beans are delicious- the coffee i was served was no better than one served at the local 7 Eleven. It was waaaay too hot and burnt the milk. Its a shame because they have great reviews, but maybe their targeted consumer profile are coffee novices or people who just want “a coffee that tastes like coffee” and nothing more. I walk away with a bitter taste, not metaphorically, but literally. Would not recommend if you’re a fellow coffee geek.

On a short trip up from Brisbane for an event and first I do is find out the place to go for a great coffee. My coffee did not disappoint. Made perfect and lovely service from the two ladies at the counter. What is even better was my small almond milk FW was only $4!! They dont charge for plant based milks. This is a winner for me. Highly recommend the drive out as I did. Thanks team!

I had a coffee at First batch for the first time yesterday, and it was a great experience. The coffee was fantastic, but what impressed me was the service. I watched at least 20 customers come and go and each one was greeted with a sincere smile and energy. I also believe they are one of the only, if not the only coffee shop in the Noosa area that uses SKIP.

The Coffee was great even bought a bag of beans but man the girl working at the counter and making coffee- she was hands down the perfect example of what you shouldn’t do in customer service.

Looked like she hated her job to start with then responding with one word answers while ignoring us and continuing to make coffee. I ask for prices for the bag of beans she reluctantly says “the prices are on the bags” but the tone of her voice suggested that I should have known where the prices are.

She single-handedly ruined our experience with this cafe. Have not experienced anything like this ever in Australia. Maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn’t mean she needs to ruin other peoples day too! However, the other girl there was lovely and was friendly to all customers. I’m not surprised but this feedback has already been mentioned in...

I visit First Batch Coffee Roasters regularly, and each time, I'm reminded why this place is my favourite. The coffee is consistently outstanding - I love a long black coffee and I'm never disappointed. I now even have their beans at work, so my sneaky second coffee of the day is something to look forward to. The shop itself has a welcoming vibe, with friendly baristas who truly care about their craft. Highly...
