KFC Noosaville — Restaurant in Queensland

I honestly wish there was an option to not even give a 1 star on a review. I went to Noosaville KFC last weekend. I walked in to 1 lady ordering ahead of me. Only 3 orders needed to be completed on the screen. I stood and waited about 10 minutes for my order. Until the rude employee on the till advised me that there was no chicken pieces left and the wait was 20 minutes. Witch was very frustrating considering the staff should have known they were low on chicken. Instead I stood and waited 30 minutes for a $4.95 fill up. Although I decided instead of waiting the 20 minutes I would get tenders to replace my chicken. There were no orders ahead of mine at this point. A line out the door of customers. with only 2 staff members. one occasionally serving whilst the other stood there trying to pack meals. After waiting 30 minutes to receive a small box meal. I sat down to filthy, uncleaned tables. to take a bit at my chips to taste nothing but stone cold, dry , oily chips with NO salt. although I asked for extra salt. I went up and handed the lady the chips. she didnt even have to ask what was wrong. to know she gave me those disgusting chips.

One lady complained while I was ordering about how her oder was completely wrong. She was told her order would be completely replaced. The lady stood waiting as long as I did for her replaced meal. The lady became very annoyed and mad after waiting 30 minutes for a burger to be made. she asked the rude employee where her burger was. For the employee to reply " I can't make your meal until you show me you order was incorrect ". I was completely and utterly chocked that this woman who clearly has no education or trying in customer service had treated this customer. I seriously do NOT recommend going to...

This store does not have a restroom available for use. When asked for a restroom, the response from the manager was to use the restroom across the “street”. The “street” happens to be Eumundi Noosa Road on a Friday afternoon. It is 4 lanes of very busy traffic and the store is between 2 very busy traffic circles. Even negotiating the parking lot was challenging.

We purchased food and drink for our group of 14. After eating we tried to find a location on the same side of the street as KFC but the manger was right. There are none. As part of our group we had our grandparents and one and another of our group had no option. They needed a restroom.

The next thing I see is our 76 year old grandparent trying to make it across all 4 lanes of traffic.

Important note: There are NO crosswalks or any type of traffic control in this area.

Thank GOD, he made it both directions without being ran down. The traffic is very fast and it probably would not be the fault of the driver but rather the fault of the KFC store that resulted in him being forced to to cross 4 lanes of traffic just to use the restroom.

How does KFC which purports to be responsible part of the community allow this to happen? Whether or not it is allowed by the city code doesn’t matter. What matters is whether or not your brand is knowingly putting people in danger. This is a family restaurant. What happens when a mother of 2 or 3 kinds tries to cross those 4 lanes and the unthinkable happens. Who is...

Will never go to this shop again. Went in at about 8:30pm, the store was absolutely disgusting. There was food all over the floor, we had to dodge walking on food on the way out. We where going to sit in and eat but the tables where messy and no where Clean to sit. They had about 10 teenagers all hanging around the door and the drive Thur windows, leaning over the counter pressing buttons on the computer and the manager did absolutely nothing. Had crew standing their doing nothing most the time. Not to mention all our food was cold we got 7 chips exactly in the small fry bag and they where horrible cold and soggy. We then opened one of our meals and where very disappointed to realise we had paid $13 for a burger and almost nothing else. We went back in to ask if we could have it fixed (struggling to get though the crowed of teenagers on bikes and scooters) for them to say we have no fries ready for you gave us another very pathetic small fries. Mind you they told us they shut at 11pm and this at 8:30. They didn't offer for us to wait for fresh fries or another item to fix the issue. Extremely rude customer service. Also tried calling the store got no answer. Honestly that manager needs to be fired as they did nothing to fix the 20 issues this store had. There was also no spoon for gravy and no Napkins....
