terrible service. ordered from the app and there was no way to ask for something removed that i am allergic to. tried to call but they have no phone number, no social media, no email and no way to get in touch with them. finally after 5 mins of searching uber provided us a way to contact them and he said he will have to charge us because in that few minutes he'd already cooked it, but its his fault that there is no contact methods. if you cant cater to your customers then you shouldnt be catering at all. as a well established business owner myself, i would have obviously replaced this to serve my customers well. what a joke of a business. and people keep wondering why businesses in cairns are crashing, probably because of the lazy owners like this who cant do basic requests for their customers! never ordering again from you and will be telling all my customers to do the same as they don't deserve to spend their hard earned money with someone who cant be bothered to have basic communication and quality service with with customers. could have had a customer for life, i live off uber eats food! honestly so shocked at...
Read moreI thought I’d give this place another chance as I live close by. I walked in, there was three staff behind the counter, one of them was making the coffee. I stood there for about three minutes and not one of them greeted me, or even looked in my direction. There was only one other customer in the cafe. I left and drove back to my regular spot 8kms away because there I am always at the very least greeted. Basic customer service including greetings and or acknowledgement that people are waiting, goes a very long way and your staff should be trained in this area. I politely and clearly asked for dine in. After sitting down, I witnessed her being relatively polite towards older customers, so i’m unsure why I didn’t receive the same customer service.
