Redz Café — Restaurant in Queensland

Ordered meat pies, veg frittata, sandwiches and a filo parcel, all from the display case. The filo was fine and arrived promptly. Then waited 30 mins before asking again about our food. The pies and frittata were then delivered. We then had to ask again for our sandwiches. At which point we were accused of trying to get a second filo parcel. We had to reiterate that we had already had the filo and just wanted our sandwiches. I'm giving this cafe only two stars because I am never impressed when I go there. There's nothing special about their coffee, I had the worst French Toast I've ever bought out, I've had a toasted sandwich brought to me in a burned state before yet the prices are no cheaper than anywhere else. Honestly, I think the only reason they stay afloat is because the only other choice nearby is the coffee club which is just an over priced...

A group of us meet at 10.00am every second Friday at various cafes in Cairns and surrounds. On January 6th. 2023 it was at Redz at Redlynch Shopping Centre.
