Gloria Jean's Mount Pleasant — Restaurant in Queensland

So disappointed, I am a regular customer to Gloria Jeans north Mackay, (cant fault them) but this particular day went to Mt P, and stood at counter for a minute wondering why I was not being served yet lady was aware I was there, turns out Gloria jeans Mt P, doesn't shut on listed time but when its more convenient for staff. I get a coffee daily at the Nth Mackay store. They're fantastic. My Pleasant, however, is really poor. The coffee is not made with the same amount of care and it's obvious in the taste.
