Good Morning Coffee Trader — Restaurant in Queensland

I can't recommend Good Morning Coffee trader enough! They use a great coffee blend and good chais, customisable with extra shots, flavourings and dietary options. With the major focus being drinks, their food menu is small, but sufficient (my favourite is their Egg's Benedict). They offer an all day breakfast/lunch menu, minding that dinner service is not on the table as they close early. Expanding on the size of the menu are daily specials, providing a new set of food options. Nacho Tuesdays anyone?

They provide a drive through if you're after your morning fix, and wait times are negligible, taking between 3 to 5 minutes to receive your order most days.

Inside the building is a well th.emed dining area (coffee). You have a selection of dining at a couch and coffee table, a bar experience with a tall table and chairs, or a typical restaurant experience in regular dining tables and chairs. This place is suitable to have a casual get together, or a more smart casual business-like meeting over coffee and food. You can even go it alone with some headphones and a laptop and still find a suitable place to be seated.

Came here as hours on Google said that they were open until 4.30pm but the shop was closed up. There was no signage that i could see at the front to say in store dining was open or closed, which was frustrating. After talking with staff, we confirmed that the in dining is open until 2pm with the drive through open until 4.30pm.

Once we were in the drive through though, we were able to order our drinks. Service was good and fast, which was nice to see. There is no order box here, but instead a staff member walks up to the car with an eftpos terminal to take orders and payment. Coffee tasted great, and as well priced. Not burnt and had a very smooth flavour.

Unfortunately, Coffee Traders is NOT what it use to be. Coffee Traders, Charter Towers Road is my local. A group of us Ladies come here most Saturdays to meet up for a meal and coffee. Yesterday, l went to Coffee Traders to buy a small coffee to go. The coffee was very weak. I took the 1/2 finished Coffee back after a commitment and explained to the Duty Manager l did not enjoy it. She offered me 2 'clicks' on my Loyalty Card. I explained to her that I'd driven from Belgian Gardens to Hermit Park to buy my Coffee, then went to Aitkenvale, only to return to Hermit Park. I asked her may l have 3 'clicks' due to my travel time. She said "No". I will return with my Coffee Traders but going forth, I'll only drink...
