The staff and management here are unbelievable, the venue manager Brian showed me what the word hospitality means he looked after me and showed so much compassion when I was stuck there due to flooding he put me in a room and made sure I had the means to keep in contact with family, the kitchen staff and front of house are up there also the girls from front end sorry and Anthony my bad are the most helpful respectful young people I have met at a hotel they had a smile and a pleasant conversation each time we ran in to each other, and SUE FROM THE KITCHEN, I can’t find words for this lady understated in job title she does it all and still has time to ask if everyone is ok and if they need anything to help them get through the day. Went there for somewhere to take out my parents, you know have a little flutter on the pokies. Then return for dinner at 6pm. Now the staff before 6pm were just the best..Jessie I think her name was she was just one of the friendliest humans ever. On our return at 6pm for dinner it was a whole different atmosphere. From the moment I entered through the doors of the Graham Hotel I felt welcomed. I had just ridden a laden bicycle 65 kilometres up and over the range. I was exhausted. Staff members Ida and Jessica could not have been more helpful to the point of ensuring the security of my bicycle and assisting me to my room. Whilst facilities are shared as in most pubs, the rooms themselves were of motel/hotel standard, spotlessly clean. The Spanish mackerel was a good size for a hungry cyclist and delicious. The Graham is excellent value for both the accommodation and the meal. I would certainly stay here again if ever I once more...
