Absolutely great experience! Two types of food in this local club: honest pub meals and Chef Creations. If you're about traditional ozzie food - you'll be not disappointed. Chicken Parmi is huge, full of flavour and cooked just right, juicy and tender. But Chef's specials were something else... Hot Pot with giant prawns cooked in chilli-garlic-herbs and some magic ingredients was so good that I had to ask for an extra bread to soak in to the lust drop of the prawn's juice. Smoked Salmon entry is a combination of test you must to try. Bao Bun with a piece of twice cooked pork belly was better than in Asian place. Lamb rack is melting in your mouth. About desserts I have to write an special article. I didn't have an opportunity to say THANK YOU to the Chef as he was very busy on Saturday night and feel sorry about that. And Service! Kangaroos Bistro is one of those rare gems that you almost don’t want to share with anyone – it’s just too good, and I’m selfishly hoping it stays under the radar. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warmth that feels more like home than a restaurant. The cozy, laid-back atmosphere is complemented by a menu filled with choice.

And the service? Let’s just say, you’ll feel like the only person in the room. It’s attentive but not overbearing, and they know exactly when to bring out a fresh drink or top off your glass without interrupting the experience.

We visited Saturday the 10/12/22 for dinner. Table was booked for our family of 4, we asked for early areival and it was all thumbs up with the restaurant. On arrival we were promtly given a table. Service was prompt and staff very friendly and explained both their drinks menu and food menu fully. Food was really delicious with good meal sizes served, even our youngest son who can be a fuusy eater was very much impressed by the kids meal fish and chips. The staff were all very antentive and cheerful, umfrom arrival till checkout/payment. We will definately be back...
