I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. I’ll list my reasons as you seem to like to do in your responses.

Their website allows you to customise a pizza. No where does it state that the pizza automatically comes with cheese and a sauce. As I have dietary requirements, I put my toppings on and clearly did not put cheese on there. The pizza arrived and had cheese. We called the company to state that there had been an error, only to be confronted by a very abrupt and aggressive person, who blamed me for not knowing that cheese automatically comes on the pizza. He was extremely hesitant to rectify the matter. I firmly stood that a new pizza should be sent out, only to be told that I had to pay for the delivery. I refused, only to be told that the driver would then be paid by me returning the incorrect pizza. I’m sorry, but that is absolutely ridiculous. Also to pay the driver in pizza??? I’m pretty sure pizza isn’t legal Australian tender. When the correct pizza arrived, the driver rudely mentioned that she finished at 8:30 and it was now 8:40.. that is not my problem. She may have just been upset that she’s getting paid in pizza.. I would be too. I have never experienced such poor customer service. With dietary requirements, it is often that mixups are made and I’m aware of that and generally understanding. But their resistance and aggression towards the issue made it such an uncomfortable experience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service is non-existent.

P.s. hope the driver didn’t have dietary requirements so she could have at least not gone home starving after a night of...

Controversial I guess, I highly suggest any other pizza shop but check pizzas before you leave(if you order here) as I got home(2min drive) 1 pizza was definitely wrong thinking il let them know so they may save sending someone home with my pizza, I was asked to send pix, both was clearly chicken pizzas when 1 was ment to be a cheese burger (no chicken) I understand that many ppl might be after a free feed but I wasn't and I wasn't P'd off when I 1st called them they made me feel like I got exactly what I ordered sending me pix of the menu witch exactly guys!.. my review is honestly more reflective of there response, I might not be in the 1% club but I know 1 chicken + 1 beef doesn't = 2 chicken 🤨 and the braiding they gave cause I said they messed up bombed me with over 20 text messages from pix to insults that carried on for 24hrs all for saying hey something is wrong asking for pix of a pizza we never got, just turned into a s#it show for what? to feel right and yeah as u said I tried to contact you! not just run to review no one deserves to deal with that ... $60 for 3 pizzas not worth it Giants pizza is awesome! no stuff ups great price hell domino's is better I really don't like being negative but these people antagonised it out of me ... 24hrs worth and I honestly didn't want anything just trying to do the right thing but no worries next time il show you the same respect"" since being a chef I should be completely respectful as you said and bend over!.... hilarious 😂 absolutely hilarious joke you guys have made of...

17/02/22, 2010hr. Ordered a chef's favourite with no Jalapeno, a small pizza cost about $16. recommended by others. Brought the pizza home, top looks fantastic, had a few bites, this charred taste and bitterness just ruined the beautiful, delicious, fresh toppings. Flipped it around there was burnt bread at the bottom, every slice of them. I'll let the photo do the talking. not good enough to me for a $16 small pizza.

Follow up on the owner's comment:

I'm not saying the pricing is an issue. I'm saying the quality is an issue. I'm saying the QUALITY of the product does not justify the price.

I don't know and I don't care how you cooked the pizza, but I come to your restaurant asking for a pizza, you gave me this pizza with burnt bottom and BITTER taste so overpowering on the wonderful toppings, and you are telling me it has to be that way? Are you telling me all your pizza will have this BURNT, BITTER taste? if you admit that then I will not have anymore follow up questions.

I didn't compare your pizza to other pizzas, all I'm saying is your pizza taste burnt and bitter. I'm not trashing your food, you guys give nice toppings no doubt, but what good is it if it taste charred and bitter every slice and every bite?
