I'm sorry but went for dinner tonight and did not like the menu choices. Would've loved to eat of the sports menu. They had a great variety of burgers etc but they finished that menu at 5pm. I had my 4 kids with me from ages 7-16 yo. They don't want a fancy $45 steak.... They would've loved the choices of Gormea burgers or pizza or something. So my boy ended up having chips which was not enough for him so I ordered him another large lot witch the second lot cost me $13.00 and there was the same amount??? I think the menu choices needs to be changed around a little. I wouldn't let him have the steak and ribs which cost around $ 45 and up. Quiet disappointed and won't be coming back...

Won't be back. We were a table of 11. It took us 42 minutes standing in line to order. 3 at our table got entree and meals 45 minutes later- on the cold side. Had to ask for the 2 kids meals and entrees- which were organized to come out first. The other 6 waited another 20 minutes for our meals. Once again on the cold side and just average. The size of the meals was ample- though the prices are not cheap so the ratio was ok. It is a very noisy- sterile dining area. They seriously need to overhaul management, 2 staff made comments they were use to it being like this, poor them.. Harrup Park, Shamrock and Mt Pleasant Tavern eats the atmosphere, service, price, meal...

Absolutely disgusted. I come in every week, order the same steak, sit at the same table, and always have a lovely experience mostly thanks to Zeah, who is warm, welcoming, and knows my order the moment I walk in.

But today? I overheard Martina, a so-called supervisor, say: “Ugh, I dislike this lady so much, she always talks to the staff.”

Are you serious? That was clearly about me a loyal, paying customer. The disrespect is unreal. If this is how she speaks about regulars out loud, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes.

Shame on her. Shame on whoever gave her authority. I won’t be coming back and I hope someone finally holds her...
