I'm not one for writing reviews, but tonight I was pretty disappointed. After ordering an admittedly relatively complicated order costing upwards of $60, not once was the order read back to me at the drive-thru speaker box, I wasn't offered a receipt, nor was the girl at the window showing any kind of professional enthusiasm. After waiting for the order to be put together and brought to the car there was still no professional communication confirming the contents of the order. I checked the custom labels on the burgers before I drove off, so I showed some faith in thinking they completed the order correctly.... Nope. I drove home to find pickles and onion on all the kids burgers despite what the labels said (which is usually easy enough to just pick it off), my wifes burgers was riddled with onion after ordering without it, then I opened my Crispy Spicy Chicken Club burger that I ordered without Siracha sauce, to find a stupid amount of Siracha sauce, no chicken, no onion, and 3 cherry tomatoes instead of sliced tomato. They did replace the lot, and the manager was understanding. But one last disappointment was to find my burger again still with no onion, with cherry tomatoes instead of sliced tomato. If there was no sliced tomato, a simple communication to let me know would be fine, I won't die without sliced tomato, but I don't need 3 cherry tomatoes to replace it.
One mistake is pretty disappointing, and I understand it's not a gourmet restaurant, but jeez the whole situation was ridiculous and could have been avoided with simple and professional communication amongst themselves and...

Pretty much every time we come here they have something missing from our order, the order is stale and/or they have no icecream or frozen drinks with no signs displayed anywhere in the drive thru. Staff take your order and make you pay at the first window, only to tell you at the final window that there is none of what you've paid for or only half of your order is available and offer to replace with large fries of less value than your original order. The eftpos machine has been "broken" and unable to insert a card for months making it tap only. Once we complained about a cashier wearing gloves standing there running her gloved fingers over her mouth and then packing customers meals in the midst of a global pandemic. She didn't change her gloves when we confronted her and continued to pack customers orders. Would not recommend, as most of time you're going to have to go to red rooster instead or drive into rocky. A formal complaint will be made to upper management as the managers of this store seem to be getting increasingly...

Average time over 12 months is 10-15 mins. The micād up servers will usually not acknowledge you for up to 6 mins before the usual line āSorry about the waitā. They rarely use the parking bays so you wait. The ONLY 2 reasons I go is KFCās āfreezieā machine has worked for 2 days out of the last 13 months and this is the ONLY Maccas for 300kms. There are glimmers of hope, like a sunbeam after a tornado, I have been served by a wonderful young lady, sorry cannot remember her name, but that is the ONLY positive.
