Apparently it's to difficult for staff to get two bottles of water??
Nice and quick order, and I was only told to drive up to the window, not the first, not the second. No one was at the first, and they usually have it closed majority of the time so I waited for a bit then proceed to go to the second window.
There were three staff, standing around, doing nothing. They then proceed to ask (rudely) what I had, I told them just two bottles of water and they asked me the stupid question of if it was bottled or not... I answered that it was just two bottled waters. They then told me they couldn't take payment at that window, which is fair enough, I simply told them there was no one at the 1st window and whoever the guy put of the three,rudely replied "Ye you'll just have to reverse back" in a really rude tone, and absolutely no care at all even though whoever took my order should of been waiting at the window for payment? Mind you it took me 3 minutes just to be spoken to at the drive through to place an order.
For $10 just for two waters the poor/terrible customer service was just disgusting. Especially when they were just talking and doing nothing in that one area.
Being nice is the bare minimum and communicating with customers is a necessity in a customer...
Read moreOn a Friday morning we brought a big breakfast meal deal with a extra medium skinny flat white coffee. The hash browns were so over deep fried, we were able to break of pieces. My flat white was a cappuccino without the chocolate sprinkle on the top. When I asked the staff member about these issues, I was told that a flat white comes with some foam. So I grabbed a spoon and tried to find where the foam stopped and the coffee started, which was are 1/3 of the way down the cup. Again I said I ordered a flat white coffee and was told that is what you have received. The shift manager stepped in and and said too, just remake it. The second coffee was better but it still wasn't a flat white. McDonald's should hire staff and train them how to make coffee correctly. We don't go to McDonald's restaurants every offen anymore as the service and welcome feeling that McDonald's was like is gone, the last couple we have been in feel like a waiting room, all hard...
Read moreThis has to be one of the most well presented Maccas I've been to. It was like someone has given it their own personal touch. I also loved the fact two older ladies were behind the counter as employees. Senior power ! What I was disappointed in, when I was trained in retail we learnt that you finish serving the customer before you do something else. The manager came up to the staff member looking for the TV remote. She stopped half way thru serving me while they both looked for it. I only wanted coffee but in that short space of time it should have taken to serve me he then came back a second time for the 2 of them to have another look. I found this very rude.
