Hi popped into McDonald’s this morning some time between 7.15 and 7.30 We were served by a young lady who really didn’t seem to want to be at work quite a bad attitude When the food was ready she just put the bag on the bench and walked away no smile no thank you ,no have a nice day, I was disappointed as Maccas is known for its good service and friendly staff My husband said his coffee was good and the food is what we expected and the food service was efficient which is what we required as time was an issue Just disappointed with the attitude as I believe friendly service is critical to any business Thank you for...

Ordered a large fries. Not only were they cold but there wasn't a large amount of fries to be had. The service at all major fast food outlets has become a joke. Toilets are always a mess. I won't lie, If you have to go to the toilet you're best off using the parents room as it's the cleanest one available. Ordering in store is like going to emergency at a hospital. I swear they triage your order. Drive thru gets preference over ordering in store. Yes I'm giving this part McDonald's a bash but honestly it's well deserved. The standard in most McDonald's has declined badly over the last decade. However I have never witnessed the filth of tannum sands. Every surface, floors, tables, chairs, windows, doors, bins was filthy! I also had the misfortune of having to use the toilets.
