This place used to be great with top notch service. Over the last year, every order I make the experiences and delivery wait times are just getting worse and worse to the point of not recommending or wanting to order from this store again. Every time I try and call the 131166 number it is says it's connecting me to the store but after a few seconds it claims no one is answering and they will notify the store I called but I get no call backs or anything, quite pathetic service from Pizza Hut as whole with that issue. Ordered in store, waited 1 hour 15 min for 4 pizzas 4 sides 12 wings, crew is unorganised, lacking leadership and terrible with communication. Larger orders were finished way before ours and other in-store customers were experiencing the same treatment. And online orders were meaning in-store orders were being picked apart to make up the order faster. Once pizza was received, it was cold and we were faced with attitude when we asked kindly for them to be remade or reheated or something.
