Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Queensland

Great pizza!

I purchased two pizzas and some wings. Both of the pizzas were very well topped, and the bases were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, and light light and fluffy on the inside.

The Oakey store and Rockhampton North store have both given me absolute stand-out experiences lately. I only wish all pizza hut stores delivered a product of the same standard.

My compliments to whoever played a part in making my order. It was also great to purchase a product that looked the same as the marketing material.

I am not sure if Pizza Hut stores are company owned or franchise, but if quality across the board was lifted to this standard, I am sure it would have a very positive influence on the success of...

Disgusting service from the night manager 13/12/22. Pizzas were NOT what was ordered, however the one that looked like a meatlovers was apparently a supreme, so wouldn't be remade. The hot and spicy was missing ingredients and also looked like a meatlovers. Was told they could remake that one, but not the supreme. Had to drive to the store after ordering DELIVERY due to being hung up on every time I called to get them remade, then wanted the 2 x cokes back to give me a refund. The night manager blatantly lied in my face when he said would contact the store owner to get further advice, then admitted he didn't when queried about it. I called up and put my order in, had so much trouble with the ordering process but managed to get through to a human. Was told it would be 33mins until delivery, $40.10 for a medium pizza and a pepperoni garlic bread delivered. An hour later and still not delivered, called up and was told it would be another 15mins but I was about to put my client to bed so I asked if they could push it back an extra 15mins so I could finish putting my client to bed as I didn't expect it to be more than an hour.
