Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Queensland

I've been a dominos man for 10years, haven't had pizza hut in that whole time, having moved to Fernvale I was dissapointed there was no Dominos Pizza here.

I'll be surprised if I eat another Dominos pizza again after we ordered here.

The crust was cooked beautifully, not raw at all, nice and fluffy. Plenty of ingredients and lots of flavour.

We ordered on the app and got a call INSTANTLY informing us that they were out of Alfredo sauce, which wasn't a drama. Any other store and I wouldn't be surprised if we just ended up with a random sauce or none at all.

Super happy with our experience our first time round. Will be regular customers at this rate.

Oh, I almost forgot the MAIN POINT... there was PLENTY of sauce! I've asked for extra sauce, offered to pay for extra sauce and it's as if I've asked these people at other stores to eat a stale shoe. Here, I didn't even ask and there was a PERFECT amount of sauce!

Ordered pizzas for the family, my pizza doesn't normally have bacon as standard so I add it (and pay extra) my partner has a Mega Meatlovers, supposed to have plenty of bacon. It takes me half an hour or so to drive in. When I get there, after handing me my pizzas, one of the staff turns around "Oh by the way, there's no bacon in the store tonight" I explain that I paid extra, and there response was oh well you can take a small drink if you like... First, why didn't they call? Or turn bacon off in their store portal (I ordered online) I could just as easily gone to Plainland. They've said they'll refund me for the Bacon, don't know what they'll do about the Mega Meatlovers though. When I said I'd paid with Google Pay, the blank expression gave me the impression I won't...

Service is absolutely disgusting and the attitude of the manager is absolutely vile. Waited an hour for 2 pizzas, rung up and was told it would be here when the driver gets back another 30 minutes passed and still nothing, called 3 times no response - so I drove down and sent my daughter in to get them to save time. Manager told her no pepperoni and tried to call us 5 times. I entered the shop and showed her my phone with no miss calls but with me trying to call the shop 3 times before driving down with no one answering the phone. The lady’s attitude was soooo rude no apology no empathy or anything for making us wait over an hour just the attitude of “I don’t actually care!”.

Was a regular customer and will never return ever again! Absolutely over...
