Customer service is revolting here. The girl who made my sandwich was VERY rude. I have a slight speech impediment and she kept sighing and getting annoyed because she couldn't hear or understand me at times.

Her sandwich making was awful. I paid $7 for a piece of stale bread with a few scatterings of salad. I asked for more olives and she gave attitude and put 2 more on. Not enough salad. Not even close!

The salads were clearly not refreshed. I have experience with Subway. The lunch changeover didn't change over stock. I suggest you give a firm lecture about this or risk your franchise if people get salmonella poisoning when it comes to the meat.

Better yet, do some serious training or cull your staff. You need adults in here on occasion. The pimply teens obviously don't understand what a job is.

Discrimination at it's finest at this store - was asked if I had a mask, said I had an exemption, was asked to wait outside and someone will take my order - hadn't had a chance to see what I wanted to order. Order taken outside while there was no social distancing from who I believe was the manager. Once I received my order I spoke up and told her that I was not impressed with her treatment of me and how come a young man inside was served without a mask, she pointed out that clearly he had an exemption (as the young man had a disability). So not only did she discriminate against me but also this young man and the fact she didn't believe I had an exemption.
