Subway — Restaurant in Queensland

The first few times I visited & bought food from there in the last few weeks wasn't too bad, but today Sunday the 3rd of August was absolutely terrible. There were two young teenagers making the sandwiches for the lineup of people, then there was another girl she seemed to be the boss of the day. People including myself had been waiting for 45 minutes going to one hour & that one woman acting as boss stood at the heater oven the whole time. I was irate by this stage & asked her if she could begin serving us, she tried to tell me to be patient after she'd been standing there for over 30 minutes at the heater oven & I had already been waiting for nearly one hour, I couldn't believe it. She came over to serve one person, the young lady in front of me & said to one of the young girls to serve me while she went & sat down & ate her lunch. I was absolutely disgusted how she could go & have her lunch while she had people waiting in line for nearly one hour. Mind you one man had already walked out & then there was only about 4 people left & she couldn't even serve 4 people. Appalling. Do...

I. LOVE. SUBWAY...but...what the heck has happened. The last two times my order was wrong or missing extras that were paid for. First order was online, second order was in store... The person had no idea what they were doing, the music was blasting I couldn't hear a thing they were saying & likewise they couldn't hear me... I am so disappointed this store has gone downhill as it was the only take away we actually enjoyed getting on our take out day...

First time visiting this subway here in Ingham, and actually the first time I've had subway in 7 years I just realised, well with how good everything was tonight I'll be coming back more regularly!
