Context: staff member A didnt know how to ring up a particular part of an order, staff member B questioned ‘who would even order XYZ at this time of day anyway’. Comment made loud enough for relevant patron to hear, to which she answered ‘a chemo patient who cannot stomach much and doesn’t know what to eat’. The afternoon and night staff are consistently rude and unwelcoming — you can be waiting ages just to be acknowledged, let alone served. There’s no friendliness at all, and it feels like customers are an inconvenience to them. On top of that, they don’t even seem to know their own menu. For example, Meatball Mozza Pot is supposed to come with the correct number of meatballs 6 (as per the app), but I’ve been given only four sometimes 5 for $4.50. Always clean area and fresh ingredients. Only one star missing because one time our lettuce was a little too fresh and we found a little beetle in my friend’s lunch!
