Sugarworld Cafe — Restaurant in Queensland

I’ve always wanted to try the food from the sugar world cafe/noodle bar flavours of Asia, as the food looks amazing.

I visited earlier today to be ignored by both of the female staff on duty, walking back and forth, trying to look busy when I was clearly at the counter waiting to be served.

Their eyes lit up serving the non indigenous men (one, who was actually after me) then the one female worker’s attitude went totally flat when she finally decided to serve me.

The chips I bought weren’t anything to write home about, stale and over-seasoned and over-priced.

Am more than happy to spend my money at any other local Asian food outlet in future, knowing I will receive quality & friendly service. Very...

Paid nearly $40 for two bowls of beef noodle soup.

The soup tasted fine, though I found two shards of plastic in mine. When I told the waitress, she apologised and took the plastic away and that was all. Obviously we did not want to eat after that. No one came out to explain what happened or offered any compensation.

So essentially, paid nearly $40 for two half bowls of beef noodle soup. Won’t be coming back. You can get better for cheaper at Pho Viet and won’t find bits of plastic...
