Update: visited here again. Surprised at the difference in food and service for Round Two.

Ordered wraps, there was so little chicken in this! It almost seemed they fried up one little chicken breast and shared it among the two wrap meals ordered hoping you wouldn't notice because it was in a wrap. The serve of chips that came with the wrap was also abysmal.

The kids meal ordered this round was a slider with chips. The burger itself was smaller than the size of a small chip. Found out (confirmed after reading the menu) that we failed to receive a drink and ice cream with the kids meal on the previous visit.. It's arguable that the patron needs to chase this up themselves however, as an establishment with trained personnel /staff, they should be well versed in ensuring patrons receive what they have ordered (and pay for).

-1 star for the lack of kids meal drink and ice cream from Round One, -1 star for the lack of chicken, -1 star for the lack of chips with the wraps. To be fair, the -1 stars for the chicken and the lack of chips should be x2 because it was two meals... So I settled for -1.5 per meal

It's quite crazy the difference of food and service between Round One and Round Two. Pretty disappointing, however, this also reflects why any food/service provider can have such a variation - good and bad reviews.

$20 lunch...

When we arrived, our table was still dirty and missing cutlery. I went to the bar to order meals and stood there waiting, completely ignored by staff until another customer pointed out I’d been standing there. Only then did the bartender acknowledge me and direct me to the meal counter.

At the meal counter, the staff member (Ben) was rude and didn’t greet me at all. I had to repeat the order five times, and he wasn’t helpful even refused to assist with something as simple as getting table water.

We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for four basic meals: two grilled fish with chips and salad, a chicken parmi with chips and salad,, and a kids’ chicken nuggets. The kids’ meal arrived first. The rest took ages, and even then, they brought out battered fish instead of grilled which is a serious issue due to gluten intolerance. We sent it back, and to their credit, they did get the grilled fish out quickly the second time.

They gave us a gift voucher as compensation, but honestly, the best part of the experience was walking out. Disappointing service, long wait times, and poor...

Unfortunately was very disappointed with my most recent experience. Have been twice before for dinner and altho the service was average at best, the food was very good. I went yesterday to have a dinner with my dog and was happy to sit outside of course. I was told I could not do this as smokers were allowed to sit at all the tables and it was against the law!!! I could sit inside and look my dog out the window. As I had driven half an hour to get here I ordered takeaway, I planned to sit in the park as was an nice evening . When it arrived 35 minutes later I was told I could not have cutlery. When I expressed concern about the service I was told I only work here !! The fish I got was very well presented. Sauce and vegies lovely but the fish didn't taste very fresh/good . The dog was in luck Why are non smokers prejudiced against? Why can't you have wooden takeaways...
