Zarraffa's Coffee Fairfield (Townsville) — Restaurant in Queensland

Zaraffas Fairfield Townsville, if I order a lactose free coffee its because the person drinking it is ALLERGIC to lactose, if they get normal milk in their coffee they will be SICK for a couple of DAYS! It used to happen occasionally that the coffee wouldn't be lactose free, then it became a fifty/fifty chance. Now I get the wrong wilk more often than not so it's not worth coming to this store any more. No problems ordering and getting lactose free milk at the other Townsville stores or either of the stores in Cairns but Fairfield Townsville is no longer worth the risk, your coffee is great but it's not worth a person having an allergic reaction and being ill. Also I doubt that staff are oblivious to this mistake given that it happens so often so I have to assume that they are knowingly giving me the wrong coffee rather than make another one with...

Look mate, from one business owner to another... I came through fairfield drive-through on June 2nd at 9:30 AM. An order was placed for a Grande chai tea latte, I recieved just a tea bag and no milk. One tall latte, It was water and milk, no coffee. And 2 croissant cheese and ham sandwiches, there is one tiny thin slice, basically there was no ham or cheese. You are serving bread with one bite of cheese and ham. What a disappointed. I will be posting this with Google review and others. You cannot keep running like this, you'll just keep losing business from unsatisfied customers before someone else comes and runs you out...

I always pay over $17 when I shop here, at least once a week. Drive through is always super full, but even if you're waiting inside EVERYONE gets their food/drink before me. FRUSTRATING!! I could see my avo/ciabatta sitting on the bench going cold and my iced tea melting for over 8mins before someone bothered to give them to me. The next time i went in i just asked if my stuff was ready could I have it straight away please? And got argument and attitude from the girl with fake lashes. Also Z card hasn't worked the last 3 times i've been. Faster and better...
