Michie’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Quorn

Incredibly friendly service and the food was delicious, though maybe not super authentic (the donburi was served with pasta and wedges, see photo), which honestly we didn't mind at all since it tasted so good. Everything was tasty (we got the chicken katsu donburi and the vegetable tempura udon). There was limited seating (2 tables total) but since the food is takeaway there's nothing stopping you from ordering and then eating at the nearby railway park. Food prep was very quick. We didn't try the sushi but that looks good too. Overall great experience and a very happy surprise all the way...

Great Japanese food in Quorn! Highly recommend getting the chicken katsu donburi. Lovely staff running this place! We really enjoyed our meal, the beef Okonomiyaki was really delicious and we also had an iced matcha which was great!

You can eat your food at Flinders gin - in fact they have signs at both places recommending it- so I definitely suggest that. Especially if it’s a cold day as there is only a few outdoor seats (no indoor options) here but lots of inside spots near fires & heaters at...
