Over priced, underwhelming and inexcusably slow. If you are looking for good coffee they're ok but you can get better coffee at Scruffy Fella and if you are looking for prompt, tasty and good value food Quandong Cafe is the spot to eat. If you are interested in our experience you can read below. This was the third time trying this cafe out, the first two times they were busy so we tried again hoping it was just a couple of bad days but safe to say they are overpriced and disappointing. We ordered an egg and Bacon 'meal deal' for 13 dollars; the coffee was a good start but went down hill from there. We ordered at 10.15 received our coffees at 10.20 drank our coffees and didn't receive our rolls until 10.40 I find it hard to excuse three staff members taking 30 mins to turn out two of the most average $9 egg and Bacon rolls we've ever seen. Picture attached has been cut exactly in half.

This is one very special cafe, the food is home made & delicious, the service is customer focused & the atmosphere is warm & friendly. Devonshire tea as it should, warm scones, jam & cream with a pot of your selection of tea. (We were going coffee, but that seemed just so wrong in this cafe) The cafe is about old style quality food, fine bone China, relaxing & taking in the surrounds. It’s a meeting place for locals & a quality stop for visitors. It took me back to tea and scones with Grandma, it was so good we went back the next day, another Devonshire tea in house & some tarts to take with us journey.

Perfect place to enjoy your breakfast. Everything is home made and delicious. Large choice of fine teas. I hade berry of the forest tea, and the previous time my hubby and I had Scottish breakfast, with two pasties. Both were excellent. This time my husband chose a long black and he thought it was very nice. Sam, the lovely lady who welcomed us, is friendly and very kind. If you pass by Quorn, don’t forget to stop here!!

We were delighted to find this quaint little tea shop full of homemade food in a small country town, however would not return or recommend based on our experience. It was jammed packed so we realised there may be a bit of a wait to be served however we became very disappointed and disallussioned when after over an hour we had not received our simple lunch when locals who arrived after us and a constant stream of takeaway orders were served before us and others seated nearby. We finally received our lunch after asking and didn't even reveive an acknowledement or apology for the delay when our lunch arrived just before we were about to walk out. We had intended ordering a sweet but left at that point. Their business model for dine in patrons needs to be...

What a wonderful old fashioned tea room. All the food we ordered was home baked and delicious! The ladies that work there should have their own cooking show and a best seller recipe book! Between my husband and my grandsons we had homemade pasties and sausage rolls, bacon and egg roll and a toasted sandwich all of which were superb but then we went on to have homemade scones, lemon cheese cake, chocolate mousse cake and some simply outstanding vanilla slices. Everything is homemade by a team of wonderful bakers...these lovely ladies are simply amazing! I highly recommend this tea room as its the best tasting food I've enjoyed in years. Well done ladies and my pot of english breakfast tea was also top quality. Thank you for a...
