Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited over 90 minutes for food ordered through their online ordering
When I got to the restaurant it turned out my food was made almost an hour ago, so didn’t exactly want a cold meal for the money I spent on it, but they didn’t send the automatic message to say it was ready. The staff member previously tried calling the order number on the docket not my phone number… but then tried telling me they called me but I didn’t answer!
The manager then came into the discussion and said I was sent the message (despite not having this message on my phone) and then being told well maybe email (which it wasn’t). Also got told the number was wrong, which I checked on the docket and that wasn’t true. Simply couldn’t accept fault
I then asked for the food to be made again, but honestly it just tasted like it was...

Appreciate the refund for this one instance, however potential customers need be advised of factual outcomes and unfortunately due to frequented negative experiences, I will not purchase anything from Chives until the town consensus and positive google reviews pick up.
