Where do I even start? Jade is the heart of the Roxby Tavern. She consistently goes above and beyond, whether she’s welcoming guests with her warmth and professionalism or putting together functions with her incredible creativity and eye for detail.

I’ve been lucky enough to attend several of the functions she has managed, and every single one has been nothing short of amazing. No two are ever alike — Jade puts her own special touch into each event, making them feel unique, seamless, and unforgettable.

Her customer service is outstanding. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. You can see the pride she takes in her work, and it makes such a difference.

It’s also clear just how much Jade means to the Roxby Tavern itself. When she isn’t around, the difference is noticeable — the atmosphere, the service, and even the smoothness of the functions just don’t feel the same. The venue truly thrives because of Jade’s dedication, and it’s hard to imagine it running at the same standard without her.

Where do I start, let's just say, the chips come like they have been cooked in the oven and have no real crunch to them at all, not to mention they are seasoned with paprika and very little to no salt at all. Half of the meals were not eaten due to the poor quality of food and preparation. The service was 50/50, some good staff, some not so good! We were seated in an area with extremely poor lighting. One meal was served late to the point where everyone else had finished eating and one meal was forgotten about completely. And the table that had been reserved for our party wasn't even marked up as reserved causing us to have to kick other people off who unwittingly sat...
