Been here a few times to try it out as friends love this place. The first meal orderbi made was for a ham and cheese crossiant, they gave me a ham and cheese toastie, that's cool, mistakes happen but the toastie lacked severely. 2 thin slices of ham and a piece of plastic cheese. Second attempt at getting a ham and cheese crossiant i got it. It had been warmed through just. One piece of very thin ham and it looks like the cheese is better than plastic cheese but also very thin. Coffee on the other hand is delicious. Perfect temp, great taste. I really wanted to like this place. I've made 3 attempts in the last month to come during the trading house only to find it closed. This morning I hit the drive through with only 2 cars ahead, they had 3 coffees between them...it took 20 minutes just to order. I could only see 2 staff furiously trying to multitask between coffee making, food prep and serving customers at 2 tills. To be clear, this is not the fault of the staff but whoever is rostering. On top of that the coffee is not that strong and my toasted croissant was kinda warm but not toasted. I'll try you again...

I've become quite frustrated with a majority of staff. I quite often ask for coffee and a chicken toastie and if I'm not getting one of the two staff members who make it correctly I'm getting something completely different.

I asked for chicken, cheese and Mayo toastie today. Originally was misheard for a ham and tomato toastie. I corrected her. "No thanks, a chicken, cheese and mayo toastie"

I received chicken and tomato. And my coffee was burnt.
