Subway — Restaurant in Shepparton

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, DONT COME!!! I WALKED, into the subway and was greeted by some rude staff, genuinely horrible staff. on their phone ignoring me, do ya job. But that's not the point, when they offered to put olives in my sub, i politely said no, and they added some olives anyway, when i asked about them olives, how i absolutely not want olives, they proceeded to take two handfuls of olives and put it in my sub while staring me down, whilst talking to their coworker in a foreign language. which i can only presume to be arabian. they wrap it up while im saying, 'im sorry i dont want this sub, could you please make a new one without olives' when i asked them to remake it, they picked it up and launched it at my DAUGHTERS face!!!!! in her pram, and after i yelled they asked me to leave the store, and my daughter hasn't been the same since, its traumatized my daughter to such a extent, on where she is now unable to sleep, 0...

Placed my order via their app. It automatically changed from delivery to pick up upon checking out. I was in isolation due to having covid. I called the store to have it changed. They told me I would have to cancel and reorder. I hung up and tried but there was no cancel option. I called them back and was informed it wasn’t their problem. We made it clear we couldn’t pick it up and the reason why. We reordered at another subway store for the sake of feeding our children. The first store went ahead and made our order even though we told them to cancel it and they kept my money knowing there was nothing I could do about it. We literally paid $100 for x4 meatball subs lol. We ordered from these guys for many years....

Pros: They will make your sandwich any way you like, ingredients are fresh. This subway and the ⒈ at the marketplace are the only ones worth eating at.

Cons: They won't tell you if any of your customisations will incur extra cost until it's time to pay which is a real problem they don't seem in to much of a rush to fix.
