I work in fast food so I understand the stress and how busy things can get especially during lunch times but I had to wait 16 minutes to get just 1 coke, this is always because they leave my drink sitting there for 10 minutes after it’s been made and won’t even call out the number however they will call out multiple numbers that are much larger orders that are even placed after mine and still will not call mine out even though it is sitting right next to the food that is being called out. I have found that completing your order on the McDonald's app assists with getting your order quickly. This store more often than not struggles to quickly get food to it's customers and the extremely young staff have no concept of front counter etiquette - like drinking, making orders for work colleagues before customers, eating at the front, chewing gum or sucking the finger to get the chocolate sauce off that dripped for a customers icecream.
