I understand it is a public holiday so it makes it busier, but there was no line at all, so everyone was just cutting infront of each other, I ordered a coffee, and fair enough if I’d asked for it extra hot but I didn’t, it was so hot I couldn’t begin to drink it, so after asking for some milk to be put in it was the complete opposite and too cold, I got nothing other then the coffee taken straight from my hand and “try it now”, I feel an apology for the stuff around would have been polite, there were no prices listed anywhere for any of the drinks which seems as though the reasoning behind it being they’re so expensive, there were atleast 5 staff on with only two of them (the younger girls) constantly doing there job, many of the older ladies were off to the side talking watching on as everyone else did twice as much work, overall...
