Raunchy Rooster — Restaurant in Stawell

Barely gets orders right, Runs out of food early in the night often (or substitutes food ordered with something similar but not what ordered), closes at unpredictable times/ dates- Alot of food is undercooked yet still takes forever to actually get delivered. Last time i went in the building there was holes in the ceiling with pigeon nests, hope they fixed that but considering how dumpy everything else is i wouldnt be surprised if they hadn’t. I wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t repetitive, but...

Went to get a quarter chicken and chips. It turns out they don't do BBQ chicken, and that they also don't do half the stuff on their menu unless it's fried. Ended up settling for a chicken burger that was similar to KFC but worse, if that's even possible.

Seriously though, don't go here if you're expecting a classic quarter chicken and chips. What kind of chicken shop doesn't sell...

Love Raunchy! I only give it 3 stars because I do remember it being better years ago. Best after school memories was sitting out the front eating chips and gravy! No where near as good now. Alot more expensive , foods not as good. But in saying that it's still very yummy! Love the pizza! & theyre chips. t's not often they dont get it right....
