Siam Orchid Spicy — Restaurant in Stratford

I eat here regularly, the food is great unfortunately my fathers day dinner was spoilt by the rude staff member with the red dyed hair. She was rude not just to us but everybody seated around us. Everyone who came in who had a reservation, was not greeted nicely, instead they just got a blunt unwelcoming direction to 'go there'. Despite reading back our order, we still failed to receive some of the dishes we had ordered for our table. We had to settle for the complimentary water and 1 lemonade only for the whole evening as she failed to bring the rest of the drinks out, despite us reminding her. Even when we tried to ask what was going on, she was very dismissive and walked away.

She continued to bang down plates and menu's in an aggressive fashion and the last insult was when she slammed down the bill hard in front of me when I politely asked if she had deducted the meals and drinks she did not deliver. Needless to say I then spoke to the manager.

Eating out is not only about the food but also the environment and the atmosphere and most certainly her behavior left...

Really good food but the most important thing is you can really feel the relaxing ambient, and the helpful staff there.

The photo had a stories, there was an 82 years old grandma with her grandkids and daughters.

Just celebrating the Christmas party there, grandma is a little bit weak of hearing, however her granddaughter was with her and patiently explain everything for her.

They were just staying there about 2 hours and having fun.

About the time they decided to leave, it was raining, heavy rain. Her family drove the car in front of the restaurant to made her easily and not be wet.

It’s not a big or huge behavior to make people have the giant certification for them.

But in a rain, people gathered together, enjoy the rains knocked the roof. And be considerate, whatever the staffs or the customers.

I can tell, everyday is busy there and a lot of similar stories happening there.

Great Thai food very delicious waitress was brilliant very nice. Nothing was a problem. Atmosphere is great. However there was seven of us had a good night good food. Everything went well and we asked for a doggy bag yeah no worries. We’ll get you one but it’s going to cost you one dollar per container. I had just spent $395 for dinner and you’re going to charge me one dollar for a little plastic container I couldn’t believe it that put me off the whole night. I didn’t say anything. I just hope that they don’t do that any more when you spend so much money in a place. It’s making good business that just put a bad taste in my mouth. I was gobsmacked. It’s not the one dollar that upsets me. It’s just ridiculous to charge someone after you’ve spent that much money made me a cranky. Think about it Siam just think...
