Chicken Treat Stratton — Restaurant in Stratton

I ordered and paid for 3 cheeseburgers. A fairly simple order given these things are microwaved. I found it rather odd when the next 10 customers received their orders.

The young lady that served me finally asked what my order was, I repeated it to her. I overheard her ask the back staff about it and they state she had bumped the order.

The staff and herself continue to go about serving their other customers and I wait a few minutes with no apology or anything else said from this young lady or her manager.

I finally ask for a refund and have my card ready, the young lady gets her manager and they give me a cash refund and the only apology is a weak one from the manager when the manager hands me the cash.

Honestly having worked in fast food myself I can understand errors and mistakes during busy times but this service is absolutely disgusting. I would recommend that you avoid this store if you seek professional and efficient service or swift apologies dealings with the staff mistakes.

Waiting for so long with no apologies is what truly disgusted...

I think this outlet is in a very good position for good business. However I was disappointed for this reason. I went in rather than drive thru. They were not busy at all! I was the ONLY customer inside. But they still didn't get my order correct. I ordered a quarter chicken and chips. And asked for leg and thigh. I got the snack box... still 2 pieces of chicken...but it was drumstick and huge piece of breast...and they were coated in that crispy batter(?). I was very disappointed as looked forward to an ordinary roasted chicken. Very few chips as well. If the shop or drive thru was busy, this may have been acceptable but...

Poor service. The whole idea of drive thru is so customers dont have to wait more than 30seconds to place thier order.

Understaffed. Only one person tending drive thru and front resturant tills? This is unprofessional of the managers.

Both of these points are directly related to each other and can be rectified with a simple solution: MORE STAFF.

Waiting period. Its called fast food for a reason. If i wanted to wait as long as i did id have ordered a pizza. Its not supposed to take any longer than 8 minutes from the...
