What a great spot. First, let's start with the most important... the hospitality we were served by the lovely, AMAZING Grace. Right from the start, her warm, genuine hospitality really set the mood for a great getaway. She couldn't do more to ensure our meal and experience was unique and comfortable. This is a trait that is rarely taught. We could have sat there all night, but we did get there an hour before closing time. Grace assured us not to rush and take our time and enjoy. If I could give 10 starts for her friendly and welcoming hospitality, I would. What a real asset to the business. The great compliments to the chefs out the back we ordered the Massaman beef cheek curry, which was melt in the mouth and full of great flavour. Our small table also ordered the teapot myshroom and mint soup with two big king prawns and also the ginger chicken and fried rice that came all with generous serves and even some take away to enjoy later. The food here was amazing. I had the green curry and the taste was so good. The spice level was just right, sweetness was just right. The mix of vegetables, the tenderness of the chicken and the quantity all really great. My wife had the pineapple fried rice which was really tasty as well. For my son they went out of the way to make a small fried rice for him which was really nice. The portion sizes were all really quite big as well. The cost was maybe on the higher end but for the portion size I'd say it's worth it. The service was pretty good too. They originally put us on a small table but realized it was probably a bit too small so they joined it with another table when another guest left. They're really kind and pleasant. Lovely food. Pad See Ew Pork and Green Chicken curry were very flavourful, and the Massaman beef was tender and not overly rich. Definitely one of the better restaurants in the area. Service was great, so perhaps early reviews can be ignored.

Edit: Came back. Tried new things and upgraded the rating. Beef salad one the best I've had. Beef was tender, smokey, and salty, offsetting the sweet/sour/spicey notes of the sauce. Fantastic. Excellent roti is small but served with delicious peanut sauce. Recommended.

Edit #2: Back again. I confess 3 times in the last 4 days this time. Everything is delicious. Beef salad is to die for, yellow fish curry is fantastic. This place is a step ahead of anything else in the area. No more BYO after July 2023, but they have a good selection of house wines, so no big deal. Great value, highly...
