The pizzas are great, and the chef is so friendly, but it's the service that leaves a lot to be desired. From how they answer the phone to how they talk to their customers. Disgraceful. Tonight, the owner blatantly tried to rip me off by attempting to charge me $98 for 3 pizzas! When questioned, she tapped away on her calculator and then gave me a price a little lower. I paid. Only to realise she had still overcharged me. She made out that it was such a bother. She was rude and blameful. I wonder how many others she has ripped off! If it is her business I am supporting by going there, I won't be going...

food was 5 star. Had the chicken wings and margarita pizza. taking a star off for service. Although was accomodating for walk in for 3 people. Service wasn’t very attentive, got placed at a table, waited 5 mins for menus so had to get up and chase the staff, staff come 5 mins later and asked for 5 more mins, then returned 10mins later. Staff were observed very friendly with other guests, didn’t feel the same experience with ourselves.

This is our third time back at Happy Chappy & we'll be back again. Service is great, Ambiance is friendly, drinks are well made and the food is great. Ribs, Steak & Seafood are very well done ( try the Prawn Legs! You'll be surprised how good they are) but lots of vegetarian and vegan options also. We haven't tried the pizza's yet, but they smell so good, weight yet them next visit. Great for date night, or for a bunch of friends around a table. You'll be a happy chappy if...
