A smoothie doesn't consist of icecream and fruit syrup, either make an actual smoothie or list them under shakes or add (made with icecream & fruit syrup to your blackboard). Pretty frustrating when you charge $8 for that. As an ex-barista & waitress I tend not to write reviews unless I've had more than 1 bad experience so if it wasn't 2 strikes now I wouldn't have left a review, but over Christmas I went in & ordered an iced coffee asking for no icecream and no cream, just over ice cubes with milk and instead I ended up getting icecream & cream with ice cubes...

I love this place and live nearby, so I'm a regular customer. Unfortunately, today when I called in for my drink there was a staff member I haven't come across before. She was flat out rude. At 12:45 she looked up from her conversation and said only take away now. (They close at 1:30) OK, that'll do. I sat to wait. She did not at any point acknowledge me after I paid for my order, even placing a drink on the counter as she carried on her conversation. I had to ask if it was mine. Rude. I hope the business hasn't...

Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through (unable to reverse out as cars were backed up behind us) for one guy, four cars down, to receive his breakfast burger. Then we were sent to park around the front to wait for 2 coffees. The guy at the window was blander than the coffee. Incredibly rude drive through set up. Will not be coming through again. If you need a drive though for convenience, this is not for you. Oh and after ordering we had to wait a further 15 minutes...
