Today 28th of November 2024 at 11 am I experienced the WORST customer service in my life!!! While the older lady with glasses slicing my bread called the other employee same age lady with glasses and started talking behind my back and pointing at me ! You saw me I’m watching and I can hear but you turned your head and continue your gossip??? Instead of you 2 ladies serving other 5 clients waiting behind me you are too busy gossiping? I’m well educated with good job speak 5 languages well presented and ALWAYS polite , what was your problem to talk rude behind my back?? I have been buying my bread for 3 years now from this store, clearly I will never put my foot in this store or spend my money there ever again!!! You don’t deserve one star, I wish there were MINUS stars review!!! I have never felt more humiliated...

I told them what I was eating and they gave me a few choices for a nice bread to match. We worked through my likes and the nature of the food...and bingo I have a great bread to complete the meal. I even got parting advice about how to keep the bread crusty.
