I do love a hot cinnamon donut and often buy them here. It seems that the cinnamon part has been left out and the sugar is all they put on them these days

When I asked for extra cinnamon on my donut, the employee dumped extra sugar on it. I explained that I was asking for cinnamon in the mix, not just sugar. Anyway, I explained that I was asking for a little cinnamon in the sugar because it looks like it's entirely castor sugar and no cinnamon.

Am I asking too much?

The young woman did not acknowledge my request or make eye contact, she just went out the back. She came back with two donuts literally piled up with cinnamon on them.

I was appalled. How hard is it to understand? I asked another staff member if they would please remake them. I went through it all again. There is no cinnamon in your cinnamon sugar. The young woman explained that Donut King has a ratio they require for their cinnamon sugar and it can't be too cinnamony.

I'm sure their ratio is not 0.01% cinnamon to 99.9% sugar. The second staff member remade them, but without adding cinnamon into their tray, just putting it on my donuts.

Sorry people, if you are going to the "Home of the cinnamon donut" expecting a cinnamon donut, you'll be sadly disappointed.

I should not have to ask multiple times, and be made to feel like a whinger, just to get what is on the sign. I'm paying for it,...

I just ordered a sml Vanilla Milkshake and 2 Cinnamon donuts. The Asian girl who served me was lacking her role in CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is basically non existent these days anyway. The milkshake was very ordinary, lacking flavour, not sure how long and for what reason you leave milk sitting out on the bench ??? The donuts were undercooked and crunchy on the outside, (obviously the settings need adjusting), was just 2 balls of uncooked dough really covered in half a kg of sugar. Sorry but I won't be buying at this...

We've always enjoyed the Hot Fresh Cinnamon Donuts and Coffee at Donut King 🥰😋 Sadly this location doesn't have the 6 Cinnamon Donuts for $6 deal???😭 Instead it's $10.50 😭 Also our Coffee was just average and didn't taste like the person who made it knew what they were doing???🤔🧐😭 It was only 3pm but the girl came out and said that she needed to pack up the tables and chairs???🤔🧐😭 We couldn't even eat our Donuts and had to go find somewhere else to sit 😭 We wouldn't recommend this Donut King...
