Very pleasantly surprised. It was a last minute decision to head out for dinner on a Sunday night and driftwood popped up on our search. The reviews were generally good so we gave it a try. From the moment we walked in everything exceeded expectation (traditionally caravan park kiosks are pretty average) this is a genuine restaurant with friendly staff and a very warm atmosphere. The service was efficient and the drinks (sangria) and the food (prawns, spaghetti bol, fish of the day, sirloin) were amazing! Dinner again the other night, now have to pay $20 for kids to swim (no food rebate, despite spending nearly a grand as a group). The front desk older lady is nothing but rude, I've encountered her twice and her customer service is so far from customer orientated - friends have the same experience.
