Nestled in Mapletons town centre is Sweet and Flour Bakery Cafe located on on Obi Obi Road corner. Small little shop with treats that will tantalise your tastebuds.

We ordered pepper steak pie, Smokey, plain pie and choc brown and caramel banana tart 🧁,

The pastry of the pies and Smokey are delicious, soft and crunchy… just how pastry on a pie should be. 🥧 the bottom part of the pastry was a little too soft however the pie was easily edible even soft.

The dessert pastry on the tarts is amazing 🤩 and is why we ventured up the hinterland in the first place. Having eaten there before we discovered that there dessert pastry is worth...

Loveeee! this bakery so much. The Pies are yummy and the desserts are amazing. Staff are also super friendly.

Whenever we're back in the vicinity we have a drive here to specifically to have lunch.

As well as ordering a something for lunch we normally buy a cake to take home. The apple Custard tarts and strawberry Custard tarts are favourites.

We had gone back to Sweet and Flour in Nambour but it had been closed. I'm happy this place is still open and will be returning at least once a week until we hit the road again 😋

We’re lucky enough to drop in for a late bite to eat lunch. Mixed salad sandwiches where healthy, generous and very tasty choice. While the many tempting made on site cakes were too much for any conscience. Custard tarts, almond croissant, strawberry tarts, apple tarts, a most delicious apple strudel ad so much more, biscuits, scrolls, a dieters nightmare. It was great. The staff were helpful and sympathetic to our choice dilemma, and very cheery despite obviously coming to the end of a long day. Thank you ladies, great shop, great produce you...
