Al Pacinos — Restaurant in Sydney

We ordered a half-half marinara/devil's advocate pizza. The "crab meat" described on the menu actually turned out to be seafood extender. 28 dollars for seafood extender! Grey, rubbery old squid too. My wife felt sick and went hungry, as nobody at the restaurant offered any other option for us.

When confronted with the fact that the pizza on the menu did not match the ingredients on ours, the manager responded "Of course, it's seafood extender, otherwise it would be expensive! He was incredibly rude, talking down to my wife and refusing to compensate us for this barely edible disaster of a pizza in any way. We will not be going back and we will be telling everybody we know about our exprience here....

Amazing food, great people we order from them all the time, however these past few times the delivery service they offer is horrendous, the food came cold, the pasta was not cooked and there was no sauce, the chicken parma was very dry and blend no chips with the parma disappointing considering the price went up.

Our order was placed online through there website and 5 mins later we get a text saying the delivery drive cant make the delivery and our order is cancelled, no refund no call from the store, you call the number and you get a busy signal, what a scam of a place, wont be ordering from here again. ill be reporting this pizza place to the ACCC.

Ordered delivery plenty of times and eaten in house a few times. Always a pleasure my husband has a food allergy and they always ensure the ingredients are not included in the food. Workers are lovely and are accommodating. Prices are so affordable, we are a family of 4 and always eat until we are stuffed. Recommend their sweet chilli pizza crust, fettuccine chicken pasta and chicken breast with mushroom sauce and veggies....
