If you're a fan of freshly baked cookies, then bite is a must-visit. This cozy little shop, nestled in belfield, has truly redefined the cookie game with its incredible variety of flavours, impeccable quality, and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, the warm, buttery scent of cookies baking fills the air, drawing you in like a magnet.

Their classic chocolate chip cookie is a masterpiece – golden edges, soft centers, and just the right balance of sweetness. But what really sets Sweet Crumble apart are the creative twists they put on traditional flavours. . The cookies are always made from scratch, using the finest ingredients, which truly shines through in the flavour.

What’s even better is that you can choose to have your cookies stuffed with gooey chocolate or a rich Nutella filling. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring that you get your money’s worth, and the cookies stay fresh for days – if they last that long!

The staff is friendly, always ready with recommendations if you're overwhelmed by all the choices. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or planning a box of cookies for a special occasion, bite is the place to go. It’s the perfect balance of nostalgia and innovation, a spot where cookie lovers of all ages will feel...

Cruising to buy vegetables at Nature’s Best in Belfield, a queue at Bite. caught my eye. This hole-in-the-wall affair is little more than a coffee window onto the street fronted by a few low-set, look-after-yourself stools. So what is it that has people queuing? New York-style cookies are their main game, though they also make brownies. If you’re scratching your head as to what that means, expect to find large, freshly baked, roundish thick cookies that are slightly crisp on the outside and gooey within. The extra thickness allows them to be packed full of ingredients, like chunky white chocolate chips and macadamias ($7.50), so expect richness and textural interest.

Bite. bakes the kind of cookies influencers love pulling apart to reveal their molten centres (a quick 20 second zap in the microwave helps get the money shot). I just ate my still-warm red velvet cookie ($7.50), enjoying the tangy cream cheese centre. If you’re prepared to pull up a stool, you can eat your cookie with soft serve in a cookie sundae ($13).

Both cookies I tried were good but quite sweet. I might be showing my age, but I prefer crisper sea-salt dusted cookies. Bite. is another success story stemming from self-taught pandemic baking that evolved into a bricks and...

Such a kind-hearted and talented owner of Bite! A small shopfront but delivers high quality extravagance in all of his products! As soon as this store moved to our neighbourhood, it brought a crowd and a liveliness we all now can’t live without! This young and upcoming shop owner and baker is renowned for his baking abilities(and who can say no to a free freshly baked chocolate chip cookie with every coffee?) but his talents don’t stop there, the coffee is so smooth and addictive that it’s made me a small double shot drinker from a large just to get a stronger taste of those delicious coffee beans! He really has made the surrounding suburb cafe’s squirm to hear his shop name since everyone around that knows about Bite travels to get to his coffee and boxes of his baked goods! Such a fun and dynamic crew, even though they often gather up a quick line up, you don’t notice because the staff are so efficient in their roles! Beware once you taste these goodies your...

These are subway cookies on steroids. Amazing! It’s gooey and also crunchy on some corners. The flavours are very rich. Which brings me to the negative - it’s sickeningly sweet, but if you share one with a few people you’ll be fine! (Or if you have a very VERY sweet tooth) - the first two bites were amazing but then I started feeling sick from the sweetness. In saying that, still the best cookies I’ve ever had. It’s also a bit too expensive, especially for being in Belmore where rent wouldn’t be that high. Give them a go!

Now I know why there is always a line at this little coffee shop and it’s worth the wait! They have a great selection of pastries and bagels, the coffee was delicious, it was the Perfect temperature and the coffee favor was really good. After trying their mini cookie I will happily pay $7 for a large cookie because I could have eaten 20 of the mini ones! Quick, efficient and friendly customer service. This will definitely be my regular go to coffee shop.
