To The Manger/Owner Pizza Hut Belfield.
I hope you are doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an incident that occurred when I arrived to pick up an Uber order at your establishment between 12:00 AM – 12:30 AM on March 13.
Upon arrival, I politely called out to check if someone was inside, but there was no response. However, I noticed that a staff member was present and could hear me but chose to ignore me. When I finally got his attention, his behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke to me in an aggressive manner and told me that I should wait even for an hour if needed. His attitude was quite intimidating, and I felt uncomfortable with the way he was addressing me.
I requested the contact details of the owner or manager to report this behavior, but he refused to provide them, which made me feel that he was aware of his mistake. I believe such behavior not only affects Uber drivers like myself but could also negatively impact the reputation of your business.
I am sharing this with you so that appropriate action can be taken to ensure a respectful and professional environment for all. I sincerely hope that such incidents do not happen to any other Uber drivers or customers in the future.

I was told that they never received it, but after 2 minutes of being on the phone they then told me the order had just come through. Seems to be a common trend from reading other reviews. The Manger Marhad was extremely rude and hung up on our call. I called back only for him to tell me he didn’t have time to talk to me he had other calls to attend to. I asked for a refund only to be told sorry too late your pizza is already in the oven, and refunds are only for orders over $100. I contacted your customer service line to confirm the information I had been told, only to hear that Pizza Hut’s policy is if an order is refused then a full refund should be completed. I have Pizza night on Fridays with the family, and for years we have ordered through Pizza Hut, however due to the horrible service from the Belfield store I will no longer be ordering Pizza Hut I will now go to another provider. Read moreWe recieve a call approximately an hour after ordering (15 minutes before scheduled delivery time) that they could not supply our vegetarian pizza because they did not have vegetables (they had olives, pineapple and jalapeno) and wanted us to pick different pizzas. Husband is a vegetarian so this is not an option so I said just cancel the order. The staff member said they would call head office because we paid by credit card to get the order refunded, but would call back in an hour.
We did not receive a call back after an hour as promised... or 28 hours... and we can not see a refund on our credit card as promised for the cancelled order.
We are highly disappointed that you lacked the basic ingredients for pizza (vegetables), the foresight to order ingredients or the initiative to cross the road to buy some from the green grocers.
