Café 31 — Restaurant in Sydney

This morning I asked to a lady who was taking my order “a large almond cappuccino “, the lady took the order although she took it wrong as a full milk. I asked her to change it then I payed the difference for almond milk with no complaints. I had been there and i love the coffee they make although the woman re made the coffee quickly then served me a horrible and disgusting coffee that I never had been there. This place is probably one of the best sydney has to offer. A long time Customer and first time poster about this specific restaurant. Me and my partner have been visiting this place for 2 years now. One of the best customer service with a variety of food that tastes fresh, nice and presented exceptionally. The food is great. Usually good service except for one experience when I had to wait half an hour for my takeaway drink (white iced chocolate) and they ended up making the wrong drink anyway so I had to wait even longer for them to make my order again, and on top of all of that, adults who had ordered way after me were given there orders before me. When the place gets busy, staff seem a little overwhelmed which is why everything slows down and people are left waiting around for a while. Should improve on being...
