Chatime Carmel Village — Restaurant in Sydney

I love chatime. Never disappointed with their taste. But first time in many years, staff made 3 mistakes for a single order in 24/12/2023. 6.55pm ordered via app. Waited 20mins. The staff missed cream muse. They opened the cover and stick in their fingers and try to put cream. I asked make new one. They missed pear this time. Again used old one and trying put pears on.
