Croydon Park Hotel — Restaurant in Sydney

Honestly first and last time I would go for food again and would not recommend if wanting a relaxing time!!. Me and hubby ordered our food assuming we were gonna have a chill time till hubbys food got served and wasnt even told about my food so proceeded to wait. Only got told after my husband had finished his food and appoached the kitchen staff only to be told after my food had been given to another table and the waitress proceeds to grab the food from the other table of occupants and she wanted to serve it to me with a laugh but her face changed the second I told her I no longer wanted the food she proceeded to question me why … I don’t know perhaps my hot food I paid for was most likely cold and the fact all these other people sitting there had it in front of them for god knows how long. Your rude tone was enough for me as well as your sly comments behind the counter.. Considering the fact that it was staffs stuff up and fix it rather than talking crap.. thanks for crap service and no food !!change your tone and attitude and accept fault next time you gronk. You hyped up the food when we got there and were staring at the menu and in return didn’t want to admit fault. I hope you get dealt with the same service when you go out with your family or husband if you have one. Thanks for a crap experience !. I would have to say the best thing about the venue...

2nd Review Was here on 28th Feb 2018 during the happy hour and that big bar staff woman declined to give me bar nuts with my drink.. apparently because 'bar nuts' is only for people who are here to gamble. And she mentioned she did me a favour and was being kind by giving me a little serving initially for my first round of drinks. I find this strange as in the past i got Bar nuts with my drinks from the other staff. Wouldn't it be called something else otherwise? And now I can't get bar nuts with drinks.. APPARENTLY! SO minus 1 star from my old review, CPH.

So now if I go sit on the pokie will there be nuts served abundantly? I would buy my own if your nuts vending machine was functional.. since it's not I'll just have to bear with your staffs personal reasons of discrimination eh? Do you guys keep changing your Nuts policy?

Moved into the area recently and given that the last time I turned my stove on was 2008, a bistro would be win win. Thus the CPH seemed like the most obvious option. The steak was very good on the first night, the following nights did not reach that Lofty height but still no complaints for the Barramundi, the marinara was generous in its seafood but lazy on sauce, with too much can and not enough chef, still no complaints. Sunday...there is a difference between closing time and last orders, if it's 8pm then you take orders till that time. Otherwise 7.30 is the time, that should be advertised if the staff want to be exit the restaurant by 8. It was 7.50 when I was told restaurant closed, which fine, just...
